Kris has been an invaluable help whilst we have been looking to buy property in Sitges, both before and during the process. He first took great time to listen to our needs and preferences to help him pinpoint appropriate properties for us to view. After doing this and consulting us on a list of what we liked, he then arranged video viewings, to save us an initial trip.
After that, he arranged at short notice multiple viewings in a way to minimise any inconvenience to us. We chose a property and Kris was knowledgeable and informative about the process of buying. Each step of the way he has helped us – in advice, mortgage procedures and contacting relevant parties.Even when his tasks are done, he is always willing to help with the little details, over and above what is expected of him.
It is no exaggeration to say we could not have bought our place so easily or quickly without his help. And additionally, he has always been professional, friendly and good humoured. Also his English and Spanish are excellent.

Kris is een onschatbare hulp gebleken, toen we op zoek gingen naar een makelaar voor het kopen van een appartement in Sitges, zowel voor als tijdens dit proces. Hij nam eerst veel tijd om te luisteren naar onze behoeften en voorkeuren om hem te helpen bij het lokaliseren vasn de passende eigenschappen van potentiele objecten door die voor ons te gaan bekijken. Na het doen van dit voorwerk en het raadplegen van onze lijst met favoriete potentiele objecten, ging hij zelf op bezoek bij die objecten en nam video op, om ons een anders noodzakelijke reis te besparen.
Daarna arrangeerde hij op korte termijn meerdere bezoeken

op een manier voor ons zeer prettige manier waardoor eventueel ongemak bij ons werd geminimaliseerd. We kozen uiteindelijk voor een woning die hij ons aanraadde en Kris was vervolgens deskundig en informatief over het proces van het kopen. Elke stap van dat proces heeft hij ons geholpen – in advies, hypotheek procedures en contact opnemen met relevante partijen, zoals bank. Zelfs wanneer zijn taken zijn gedaan, is hij altijd bereid om te helpen met de kleine details, over en boven wat er van hem verwacht kna worden.
Het is niet overdreven om te zeggen dat we ons appartement niet zo makkelijk hadden kunnen kopeen makelien zonder zijn hulp. En bovendien, hij is altijd professioneel, vriendelijk en goed gehumeurd en zijn Engels en Spaans zijn uitstekend.
