Carnival kicked off with a bang last night in Parrots Pub.
The pub was full with people getting ready to celebrate the Noche de las Mantillas in Comodin.
A special dinner was hosted in Parrots Restaurant beforehand.

This year Parrots Carnival theme is “Viva Mexico”… if you are looking for costume ideas.

This year… everyone’s favorite Carnival Bar, Parrots, goes to “Mexico”! Yes the theme will be all things Mexican… so make sure you stock up on your tequila! The Parrots Sitges Party kicks off on Wed the 5th of Febuary at 7pm!

Parrots Pub and Terrace has certainly had it share of unique visitors this year.
The bar, which was refurbished last year, has seen even more people visit its terrace this year.
You will be lucky to find a table any night of the week, so get there early.

One of the biggest nights of the Season took place on Tuesday Night.
The White Night Party sees the entire village dressed in white!
And guys really use their imagination when it comes to costumes!
As always, Parrots celebrated with a pre-party on the terrace.
And we had a special visit from the Gay Beach Party dancers.
The Gay Beach Party takes place every Tuesday Night.
The event takes place at L’Atlantida, one of the last remaining outdoor clubs in Europe.

Parrots continues to celebrate its 30th anniversary throughout the Summer.
On Tuesday night it hosted a special pre-party for the opening of the Gay Beach Party.
And remember you can pre-purchase your tickets for the Gay Beach Party in Parrots.

Its hard to believe that Parrots Pub is more than 30 years old this June!
Indeed the bar is older than many of the people who work there.
The year was 1984 when Parrots opened its doors to the public.
The event was celebrated in Style in Sitges on Thursday Night.
Lady Diamond was joined by Miss Ruby in a duet.
There was an amazing cake courtesy of Cabaret Cakes! He’s been a busy cake maker this month!
Ary y La Mega came in from Barcelona to add to the show’s festivities.
And there were prizes galore for winners of the very special 1984 themed quiz.
Of course the new parrots has been completely transformed several times throughout the past 3 decades.
And now with Sebastian and his winning team, the bar is busier than ever.
It has become the focal point in the gay village and one place you must visit on your next trip to Sitges.
We wish Sebastian, Luis and all of the team at Parrots Pub and Terrace and Parrots Group a very happy anniversary.
Lady Diamond will be hosting two separate events with the Parrots Group this Easter. The first sees the return of her Dinner with Diamonds Show on Friday night in Parrots Restaurant from 9.30pm – Reservations are recommended. You can check out last year’s show here.
Then, she has a special show in Parrots Pub on Sunday evening from 6pm to 8pm. It is sure to be an evening full of surprises!
Parrots Pub will host the launch of the 2012 edition of the Sitges Gay Map. The event takes place on Thursday the 5th of April. Come join them with complimentary cava and some lovely surprises!
