Sitges Carnival 2012 – The Hottest Winter Party in Europe!
There are some great events taking place in Sitges during 2012… but one of the best and most amazing events has to be the annual Sitges Carnival. Although it takes place during the Winter Season, the Village takes on a life more akin to August or Pride! The Sitges Carnival 2012 takes place from Feb 16th to Feb 22nd.
So pack your bags, bring plenty of glitter and start working on your costume now! And be sure to book your apartment early! Just check out the previous events here.

Well what a Carnival. In over 5 years of traffic, this was the busiest our website has ever been for any event; that will just tell you the amount of interest there is in Sitges this year!
And remember, Sitges Carnival 2012 takes place from the 16th to the 22nd of February 2012 with the parades taking place on Sunday the 19th and Tuesday the 21st of February.

Parrots Pub – Sitges Carnival – Friday 4th March 2011
Another night of Carnival on Friday and it was off the begin the night at Parrots Pub!
Their construction-theme has been a huge hit… everyone is looking forward to the new look!

Ruby’s Terrace and Bar is almost one week old, and already has the punters lining up for a seat on the terrace!

The King of Carnival arrived in Sitges on Thursday and people celebrated in Parrots despite the occasional shower!
Parrots is open throughout the Carnival festivities..

Sitges Carnival – Parrots Pub Opening Night – March 2nd 2011.
Parrots pub reopened last night for Sitges Carnival 2011.
This year’s theme is all about “Construction”…
It is a very apt theme, given that the bar is about to be given a complete makeover!
Yes, Parrots will be completely refurbished after Carnival, but don’t worry, the terraces will remain open throughout the Spring.
Parrots Pub is open throughout the Sitges Carnival.
It is one of the most popular spots in town during the major days of the event.
And remember, its Carnival so dress to impress!

Noche de las Mantillas – Carnival 2011 at Comodin.
Tuesday night at Comodin and it was their opening night of Carnival.
The Fiesta de las Mantillas is one of the most popular nights of the Gay Carnival.
The nights continue with different parties in the various gay bars in Sitges..
This years costumes were stunning and it was hard to tell the girls from the boys.
The main Carnival kicks off on Thursday with the arrival of the king.
Comodin is located on C. Taco in Sitges old town.

Organic – Reopens for Sitges Carnival – Thur May 3rd
Organic, one of Sitges most popular gay discos, reopens on Thursday the 3rd of March for Sitges Carnival. The club will be open nightly from 2.30am.

Sitges Carnival – El Candil – Sun 27th Feb 2011.
Sunday evening and in traditional Sitges Carnival Fashion, the town took to El Candil…
This year’s show featured a talent night with prizes for the very best performances..
The costumes were amazing and the bar was full from 7.30…
It was quite a mixture of locals and tourists, from Canada to Taiwan.
El Candil’s Sunday show is one of the most famous weekly events in Sitges.
The bar will be open throughout the Carnival festivities.
