Santa Tecla & Nit de Foc Sitges 2015

Santa Tecla is the town’s second big fiesta (after Fiesta Mayor) and celebrates another of the town’s patron saints. Although smaller than Fiesta Mayor, the event is still just as breathtaking culminating in a spectacular seafront fireworks display, not to be missed. This year the “Nit de Focs” or night of Fire procession also takes place during the festivities, where beasts and dragons of fire parade through the village of Sitges.

This year Santa Tecla festivities will run from the  18th – 26th Sept. The Nit De Foc, a traditional night of fireworks and beasts will take place at- 21.00hrs on  Sat 19 Sept in the old town.  The main Fireworks display will take place on  Tuesday 22nd Sept – 11pm/

The Nit De Foc Route is follows. (Note most of the activities take place in the old town.

  • 21:00h. NIT DE FOC 226=Baluard, Fonollar, Racó de la Calma, Sant Joan, Davallada, Barcelona, Aigua, Sant Domènec, Major y Plaça Ajuntament.
  • 22:30h. CORREFOC. con el recorrido: Davallada, Barcelona, Angel Vidal, Cap de la Vila, Parellades, Sant Pau, Passeig de la Ribera y Fragata
