The official lighting of the Sitges Christmas Tree takes place today at 6.30 on La Fragata Beach. Its moved from the square this year, so it should be interesting to see what the this years tree looks like. Last year’s was an ultra modern tree… Gay Sitges Guide shall have photos for you later on.
Privilege held their first After work party on Monday evening with invited guests and friends joining in an evening of food, drink and entertainment.
What better way to start the week than by having a night out on a Monday!

Privilege is hosting its first, “After Work Party” tonight from 7.30pm. So relax and unwind after a hard day and chill out with some friends over a drink or two. After all Monday is nearly over!
The CandyClub taks place at Sweet Pacha on the 20th of December. Its set to be the ultimate Christmas Party in Sitges. Although not a gay event, the venue is absolutely amazing and the organisers have put together an excellent line-up of DJs including Sam Cherry, Bobby Jewels and Sam Patterson. Great music for those who know their stuff! Most of Sitges will be in attendance!
We’ve been keeping an eye on availability of the key hotels in Sitges and Christmas already looks like it will be a busy period. Here are some of our recommendations. Remember you can book online with our partner hotels and make great savings on regular rates.
A firm favourite, the Sunway Hotel and Apartments. Its is at the end of the town, so a taxi or car is advisable, however the apartments are spotless and well laid out and you have the benefit of hotel service if you so desire. Check out their full listing on Gay Sitges Guide.
The “queen of hotels” , if you pardon the pun.. the Sol Melia Hotel is home to some of Sitges largest conventions and offers all the services and amenities you would expect from a hotel with an excellent reputation. A firm favourite all year round, the Calipolis has been serving guests in Sitges for many years now. It has recently been refurbished and the sea-facing rooms offer wonderful views of Sitges. A firm favourite. Check out their listing here.
