Mr Gay Sitges was held on Thursday Night. The line-up had something for all tastes.
The winner was picked from over 10 guys… and here he is with his prize!

Hi Guys,
Just a quick note to let everyone know that Mr Gay Sitges was moved to Thursday due to the unseasonably inclement weather we have been having lately. Forecast for Thursday is good, so the venue (it being open air) should be ok.
So, everyone went to Organic Last Night.
All of the Staff of Privilege were in Fancy Dress… some more fancy than others.

We've already spoken about the wonderful fireworks that take place for Fiesta Mayor in Sitges. But now we have the official events calendar which shows just how much is going on all around the town for the week beginning the 21'st of August.
The town is already buzzing with expectation. They even began selling the commemorative t-shirts in the Cap de la Villa today.

This year's Mister Gay Sitges takes place at the Gay Beach Party on Tuesday. Expect some fun scenes as the Spanish boys do battle with the tourists to show who has what it takes to be the next King of Sitges…. or queen…. you never know who might win!
What: The Sitges 3 x 3 Basketball Tournament
When: 12th and 13th August
Where: Platja de la Fragata
Looking for something to “LOOK AT” or watch today and tomorrow? Then get down to Platja de la Fragata to see the Sitges Basketball tournament! All those hot sweaty bodies will be sure to keep your mind busy for a few hours. The event starts early and continues on for most of the day.
This tuesday night is set to be one of the hottest in Sitges, with the White Party taking centre stage at L´Atlántida disco. Remember the white dress code and be sure to get their early! With all those hot men, sand, sea and cocktails… your whites may not stay all that white for long!

When: Aug 21st to Aug 27th. Fireworks display on Aug 23rd at 10pm.
Where: All over Sitges.
Fiesta mayor has to be seen to be believed. No other place on earth puts on such a wonderful up-front Fireworks show… You are literally in the middle of it! Just be careful or you might become a firework yourself! Most people wear a hat and a pair of glasses, just in case.
It is a true spectacle. The church forms the backdrop to some spectacular fireworks displays.
Not to mention the street fireworks. Beware of the Dragon and the masked men. They can come out of nowhere, and they take no prisoners when it comes to frightening tourists.

The Gay Beach Party 2006
This year sees the return of the Gay Beach Partry, now in it's fifth year. We highly recommend it…and it is on a Tuesday night so there is not a whole lot else to do.
The venue is amazing. L'atlantida nightclub simply has to be experienced. The whole atmosphere is electric. 
The open air venue just oozes with sexy boys and girls. Great for a party night out.

The 13th International Tango Festival takes place in Sitges from July 12th to 16th. The Sitges Tango festival has become the "indisputable summer appointment for tango".
They have teachers and dancers on hand who can teach you how to dance like a pro… together with a host of spectacular shows made all the more authentic with a great tango orchestra from Buenos Aires.

Gay Tango has taken off in a big way in B.A so it should be interesting to see if we have any gay boys who will dare to strutt their stuff for all to see.

As of today, July 1'st, Sitges is holding a 3 month cultural extravaganza celebrating the best of what its museums have to offer. Interweaving music, song and art, there are a range of concerts, guided tours and evening receptions to keep you amused during your stay. We particularly like the Roaring Twenties concerts…. a definite must for those who know how to party.
Most of the activities take place around Sitges most famous museums,  the Cau Ferrat Museum, former home of Santiago Rusinol and the Romantic Museum.

Of course if you don't fancy that, or want a bit of a change, then you could always head out later and see one of the lovely strippers at BSide or Privilege. The choice is yours.
