Sitges Car Rally 2014
The Sitges Car Rally will take place next weekend from March 29th to 31st. The Car Rally, now in its 56th year marks the return of the Spring season to Sitges. Vintage cars from the pre 1920’s make their way from Barcelona to Sitges on the coast road, arriving in Sitges on Sunday March 30th. Participants dress up in clothing from the roaring 20’s creating an altogether glamorous affair.
Countdown to Sitges Carnival 2014
The countdown to Sitges Carnaval has begun and as usual, the traditional posters from the bars, clubs and restaurants have begin to arrive at Gay Sitges Guide.
Festivities kick off as with other years on Tuesday the 25th of February from 1am at Bar Comodin for the Noche de las Mantillas. Get to the bar early as this is one of the busiest nights of the year in the bar!
Loca Cola begins with its “Noche de Premios” on Wed the 26th of February. The bar fills up from 7pm and onto the streets of Bonaire as the French descend upon Sitges for 7 days of non-stop partying.
Roman and his team at Union will host their first Sitges Carnival this year. The bar will play host to the traditional (former Orek’s) Queen of Carnival competition on Monday the 3rd of March.
L’Ambassade Restaurant will open their 2014 Season with a brand new show with the premier taking place during Carnival. Show and Dinner take place on Sat 1st and Mon 2rd of March.
And of course Parrots Pub will reopen on Wednesday the 26th of February. L’Angle restaurant will be hosting a series of special carnival dinners including a Mantillas night and a Widows Dinner. Privilege will also open with a series of special events planned…. information will be posted as soon as it becomes available.
Remember, Sitges Carnival takes place a little later than usual, so its will be even busier than normal. More than 200,000 people descend on the village for the festivities, especially on the Sunday and Tuesday Parade nights. We suggest you book your hotel or apartment now to lock in a great deal in advance.

Sitges Carnival 2014
The highlight of the Winter Calendar, Sitges Carnival 2014 takes place at the end of February, later than normal. 200,000 people descend onto sitges in some of the most amazing costumes! The streets come alive with parties. Carnival 2014 takes place from the 25th Feb the 5th of March 2014 – parades taking place on Sunday the 2nd and Tuesday the 4th of March. More detailshere.
Bears Meeting – May 2014
Smaller than its September “daddy” event, the SItges Bears Meeting marks the start of the Summer gay season in Sitges. The event takes place on C.Joan Tarrida between Parrots and XXL. The event takes place from the 1st to the 4th of May. Check out more details here.
Gay Pride Sitges 2014
Perhaps the biggest celebration of the Gay Season, Pride takes place on the second week of June 2014. This year is the 5th anniversary of the event so expect even bigger shows, international party names and more. Visit the official Pride site for details.
Circuit Festival 2014
The International Circuit Festival in Barcelona is one of the biggest gay events in Europe attracting more than 70,000 guys from around the world. The 2014 event takes place from the 6th to the 17th of August. Check out Gay Barcelona 4u.com for more details.
Fiesta Mayor 2014

Bears Week September 2014
The last big party in Sitges takes place in the middle of September. The International Bears Week has grown over the past 10 years to become one of the most important events of its kind amongst bears, chasers and admirers. Every year the event attracts more international bears and a wider range of guys. Young cubs and muscle bears flock to the beaches of Sitges looking for fun and friendship. Sitges Bears Week 2014 – September Dates Announced
The dates for Sitges Bears Week 2014 have been announced. The event will take place from the 5th to the 14th of September. The main bear village will open from the 8th to the 14th of September.
The 2013 event attracted visitors from all 4 corners of the globe. Sitges was at almost 100% occupancy so we suggest you book your apartment early. Why not try a Sitges Seafront Apartment for the best view of all the action.

Sitges Bears Week – May 2014 – Dates Announced
The next Bears Week Event takes place in May 2014. The “International Bears Meeting” is the little brother to the big event in September, but is also very busy. In 2014 the event takes place during the May bank holiday weekend so we suggest you book your hotel and apartment early to get the best rate and the best location.
The main parties will place in XXL, El Horno and Organic. The fun will invariably spill out onto the streets of Joan Tarrida in front of Bukkake and Ruby’s Bar.
NOTE: September’s Sitges Bears Week 2014 takes place from the 5th to the 14th of September, with the Bears Village open from the 8th to the 14th.

Sitges Carnival 2014 – Book early to get the best rates.
Sitges Carnival is one of the biggest Winter Carnival Celebrations in Europe and attracts more than 200,000 people to Sitges. While the weather may not be as warm as visitors remember from their Summer Visits, the atmosphere is electric with thousands of people dressed up in costume, lining the streets and watching one of the many parades that make their way through the town each night.

This year Sitges Carnival takes place a little later than normal with the festival beginning on Feb 25th 2014. The two biggest days are the Main Parade days of Sunday the 2nd and Tuesday the 4th of March 2014.
