Here is our first official Pride Photo.. and the event doesn’t kick off until 5pm this evening… But it appears that won’t stop Sitges from Partying on the night before any official celebration.
The town was full of people from around the world looking to have a great night out. “Its like the middle of August” one bar owner told us. And that is backed-up by the latest figures from the tourism office as reported by National Newspaper La Vanguardia.
Remember Tonight.. its the official Launch Party with Abba the Show (Amazing, even if you are not a big Abba Fan)..followed by a spectacular fireworks display. Then off to D E C A D A N S E .. the “Party in the Park” with outdoor foam party, cruising area and much, much more..

Congratulations to Spain last night on their Victory over Germany. As the final takes place in the middle of Sitges Pride on Sunday, the Entire Pride Stage will give way to a huge screen that will broadcast the match from the seafront!

The Sitges Pride Cultural Program was formally launched on Sunday at the Hotel Romantic on Sunday evening with a lecture on Gay Film, hosted by Alberto Mira, Lecturer in European Film from Oxford.
Later on, on Sunday evening at the stunning Miramar Art Gallery, “The Fradogo Women” exhibition was formally launched. The exhibition will remain open throughout the Pride from 11am to 2pm and 5pm to 8pm. A commemorative limited edition print for Pride is available for purchase with proceeds going to the Lucia Foundation helping children with Aids in Barcelona.
