The Gay Beach party returns to Sitges the end of June for its 9th season. Promising even more parties and a few new surprises. Hopefully that will answer one of the most popular questions we’re getting at the moment and will allow you plan your trip to Sitges to catch the party!
Santa Tecla Festivities continued well into the middle of the week in Sitges.
Fireworks, dragons, dancing boys and girls…
Its a fitting end to a spectacular Summer season.
And the weather was perfect for the night time parade of fire.
Santa Tecla is the patron saint of Sitges and is definitely a must-attend event if you are in Sitges in September.

This September is shaping up to be one of the hottest yet.. As you know we’ve got great weather and some hot bears..but thats not all..
First of all, its a long weekend in Sitges.. tomorrow is Catalunya Day…so expect Thursday night to be crazy everywhere!
Then, shop till you drop this weekend, as the Sitges Annual Stock Fair takes place at La Fragata from 10am in the morning ’till alate in the evening on Sunday the 13th of September. Great bargains to be had!
Then, next weekend, indulge you palette as the annual Sitges Wine and Gourmet Food festival takes place along the seafront.
Then finish off Sitges with the Santa Tecla Festival. Think of it as a sort of mini Fiesta Mayor! Complete with fireworks, fire processions, dancing giants and more! Not to be missed and a great way to finish the Summer Season!
Sunday night and after the fireworks, we headed to Queenz Bar.
The bar was full of hot guys and the music as always was just perfect.
Last night the bars were open ’till 5am..so it was a long night….

Saturday evening and the giants arrived in Sitges.
The traditional “dressing of the giants” takes place on the 22nd of August and is a treat for all of the kids in town.
It also marks the start of the street parades and crazy fireworks that take place across the town for the next few days.

A record number of athletes turned up for the Sitges Half Marathon on Sunday…
And despite the recent cold weather, the day turned out to be quite beautiful
Another record was set when the event was run by Roger Roca beating more than 2500 competitors to claim the title.
