Comodin will host its “Mantillas Night” on Valentines night, the 14th of February. It is one of the busiest pre-carnival parties so get to the bar early as it fills up from around 12. It is a great show with some nice prizes.

Tuesday night at Comodin and it was their opening night of Carnival.
The Fiesta de las Mantillas is one of the most popular nights of the Gay Carnival.
The nights continue with different parties in the various gay bars in Sitges..
This years costumes were stunning and it was hard to tell the girls from the boys.
The main Carnival kicks off on Thursday with the arrival of the king.
Comodin is located on C. Taco in Sitges old town.

Tuesday night and it was off to Comodin..
One of the oldest gay bars in Sitges, Comodin’s night is one of the most traditional… the Mantillas.. (Headdress)
The bar was packed to capacity from 12am…
And prizes were awarded to the prettiest ladies in the audience..
There was plenty of competition with lots of amazing outfits..and this year’s trophy was beautifully made.

Its one of the busiest nights of the year for Comodin…. and the bar gets packed to capacity! The Fiesta de la Mantilla is one night not to be missed during Carnival. The event takes place on the 9th of February.

Yet another packed Carnival Event.. the busiest we’ve seen it in the last 4 years!
Comodin’s Noche de las Mantillas brought the house down last night!
With a record number of contestants, this traditional night was sure-fire hit with locals and visitors alike.
