Tuesday night and as the parade was finishing up it was time to visit Bourbons Bar.

Sitges Gay Carnival kicked off last night in Bourbons Bar..
The bar was beautifully decorated and the bar boys… as pretty as always..
Prizes were handed out for the very best costumes…
And the competition for best dressed lady was fierce!
Bourbons is open every night throughout the Carnival celebrations.

Bourbons Bar was our final stop of the evening…
As per usual the bar was packed with boys and girls in amazing costumes!
It was hard to even recognise some of the people we know well… they pop on a frock and bang… they look completely different!
Bourbons Bar is open every night during the Carnival Period from 10.30pm.
The Bar has become a hub of Carnival Activity as people make their way from Bar to Bar and pop in to have a photo or two taken!
As always Manolo and Edison were assisted by the very special Eric and Carlos…
It was a definitely a battle of the sexiest costumes last night….
And it appears its true what they say about scottish men and their kilts! (Just check out the gallery to see what we mean).
Local Bar owners mixed with locals and tourists alike as the bar got busier throughout the evening.

NOTE Renfe has provided an additional 30,000 extra seats by increasing the number of trains leaving from Barcelona to Sitges on Sunday. Remember the parade kicks off at 9pm, but you should get here early. Its best to come by Train as the roads are already beginning to see peak traffic (as of 5pm).
We’re glad to report that Carnival Spirit is alive and well in Bourbons Bar..
The bar was absolutely full to capacity last night…
We had some very cute priests, who misbehaved all night, together with some very sexy drag queens, sailors and more lipstick than a make up counter at Corte Ingles!
Bourbons bar is open throughout the Carnival festivities…. and from Thursday to Sunday during the Winter months.
The bar is located on C.Bonaventura and is famous for its welcoming staff, dark room secrets and great video music!
