Back from her world tour, Miss Ruby returns to Sitges to reopen her terrace to the delight of many a Sitges visitor! Ruby’s Terrace will open on Friday for the weekend.

Privilege reopens for Carnival in Sitges Wed 15th of February. Their theme this year, Las Reinas Al Privilege….So make sure you pack the odd crown or two for your trip.

Remember there is still time to book for Sitges Carnival with hotels such as Parrots and the Calipolis offering great deals.

Sauna Sitges will be open every night for Sitges Carnival 2012. They will also be hosting their special Monday Night Party, Fiesta del Pauqette. The Sauna will be open to all for free on the Monday night of Carnival for the party.

La Villa Sitges is one of the newest bars in Sitges. Located on C.Bonaire, it is hosting its first series of Carnival Parties this year. La Villa Sitges will be open every night during the festivities.

Queenz Bar has a French inspired theme for Carnival this year with all things “Paris”. The bar will be open every night from the 16th to the 22nd of February.

Sitges is worth a visit any time of the year, however we are often asked about some of the main events. Based on initial inquiries and bookings it looks like 2012 is going to be an even busier year than 2011, so get booking!

- Sitges Carnival – Feb 16th to Feb 22nd
- Bears Meeting – Apr 26 to May 1st
- Sitges Pride – July 5th to July 9th
- Circuit Festival – Aug 2nd to Aug 12th
- International Bears Week – Sep 3rd to Sep 11th

Apartments will book early for these events, so book now and you could save up to 30 percent on 5day+ reservations.

Saturday night and we made our way to Prinz Bar after a night of dining and entertainment at Zanzibar..

Prinz was full of locals and visitors and in fact this year we have seen more tourists for New Years Eve, than previous years.

Prinz is open from Thursday to Sunday during the Winter Season.

If you are visiting Sitges for New Year’s Eve, you may go for the dinner route..or just party the night away. Either way, make sure you book early. SoCA, L’Angle at Parrots Restaurant and Ma Maison are offering special menu’s for New Year’s Eve. Check out the restaurants postings for more details.

Of course you may want to spend it drinking the night away. Have an early one at El Horno, enjoy Canapes at La Villa all night long, stop into one of Sitges longest running bars, Azul, or party the night away in Prinz, Queenz or El Candil.
