A brand new bar has opened in Sitges this Easter Weekend. The bar is called Dark, and it is located on C.Bonaire, opposite Oreks.
Beautifully designed, its 2 local owners have spared no expense, and it shows! The interior is stunning and it delivers a real New York meets Barcelona vibe. Gay Sitges Guide wish them well in their endeavors!

Well known travel writer Frank Laterreur is currently writing a series of articles for “Baltimore Out Loud”, one of the largest regional gay newspapers in the US. His focus is on exploring different destinations and he has a comprehensive travel feature on Sitges, which should hopefully further increase the profile of Sitges in the US market. Judging by the traffic we are getting from the article at the moment, its definitely creating interest!
His comments on the guide were great.. “The website, www.gaysitgesguide.com is one of the best and easiest to use of any internet guides I´ve ever seen”… We always welcome all feedback, but its always nice to have unsolicited positive comments that you can verify. We visited Bar Amura last night for their grand opening.

The bar has a nice bistro feel with lots of tables and chairs, a large flat screen and full bar service.

The bar will open from 6pm daily until 2.30am.

It is a welcome addition to the Stiges scene and will provide a different venue to visit on your next trip to Sitges.
