Gay Pride Sitges 2010 has announced that the Pride Festival will be extended by 2 days. It kicks off as before on Friday the 9th of July and finishes on Tuesday the 13th of July.
Two huge parties have been added to the Friday and Saturday Nights. They will take place in the large Parc Can Robert. A series of spectacular shows, DJS and more are planned from 12am to 6am. And all of the bars will be open extra late on the Friday Night. The parade still takes place on the Saturday afternoon and the Party on the Promenade will kick off every day from 5pm until late. On Sunday Afternoon from 5pm, the biggest Tea Dance event of the Summer will take place at L’Atlantida as the Circuit Party hosts its pre-Party at what is one of the most amazing outdoor clubs in Europe. If you were at the closing party last year in August then you will know that this is an event that won’t disappoint. And as the event finishes late on Sunday evening after the sun sets, the town will come to life with all of the bars, clubs and the promenade packed full of international visitors. Finally the pride will close with a Gay Beach Party to remember on the Tuesday the 13th of July. Details are still being finalised but there will also be a series of activities during the Monday afternoon..as people chill out before the closing event! Stay tuned for details.

Gay Pride Sitges has announced a new addition to the party line-up. On Saturday Night, 10th of July, the Girls Night Out Party will take place at Rickys Disco! More details to follow, but check out Gay Pride Sitges.com for the latest updates.
The bi-annual Sitges Stock Sale takes place on Sunday the 14th of March. Its a great time to pick up a bargain! The event takes place at La Fragata from 10am until 10pm.
Well its been one amazing Carnival… and it appears after talking to everyone who was here.. that most of you will be returning for Sitges First Gay Pride in 2010…

Last night the king was laid to rest and in a fitting tribute donated his Carnival Float to Gay Pride Sitges 2010….
Although a little colder and wetter than normal, the Carnival Spirit was amazing and a huge thank you to all of the organizers, associations, performers, business owners and security forces for ensuring this was one spectacular Carnival.
Sitges Carnival 2011 takes place a little later than previous years. The event kicks off on the 3rd of March with the Arrival of the King. The parade dates are Sunday the 6th and Tuesday the 8th of March 2011. And remember the Gay Carnival kicks off the week before on Sat 27th February 2011 at Bourbons. Just so you can plan for next year!!
