Parrots pub reopened last night for Sitges Carnival 2011.

This year’s theme is all about “Construction”…

It is a very apt theme, given that the bar is about to be given a complete makeover!

Yes, Parrots will be completely refurbished after Carnival, but don’t worry, the terraces will remain open throughout the Spring.

Parrots Pub is open throughout the Sitges Carnival.

It is one of the most popular spots in town during the major days of the event.

Tuesday night at Comodin and it was their opening night of Carnival.

The Fiesta de las Mantillas is one of the most popular nights of the Gay Carnival.

The nights continue with different parties in the various gay bars in Sitges..

This years costumes were stunning and it was hard to tell the girls from the boys.

The main Carnival kicks off on Thursday with the arrival of the king.

Organic, one of Sitges most popular gay discos, reopens on Thursday the 3rd of March for Sitges Carnival. The club will be open nightly from 2.30am.

Sunday evening and in traditional Sitges Carnival Fashion, the town took to El Candil…

This year’s show featured a talent night with prizes for the very best performances..

The costumes were amazing and the bar was full from 7.30…

It was quite a mixture of locals and tourists, from Canada to Taiwan.

El Candil’s Sunday show is one of the most famous weekly events in Sitges.

The bar will be open throughout the Carnival festivities.
