Gay Sitges Guide Blog

While you may have seen the earlier galleries of Pride featuring the Sitges float, we also had our cameras covering other floats at the event.

The guys were hot, the floats were amazing and the atmosphere was electric!

We’re still going through the photos with more than 2,500 taken, so those of you looking for shots of the cute Spiderman or the Man dressed only in Chains!!! will have to wait.

With an estimated 40,000 to 50,000 people attending and participating, the event has surpassed everyone’s expectations and bodes well for Sitges First Pride on July 9th to 11th 2010.

Once again, a huge thank you to everyone that was involved on the day. Stay tuned for exciting news of Gay Pride Sitges over the comming days.

All we can say is WOW! What a day. The Barcelona Pride surpassed everyone’s expectations. The event was amazing, with huge crowds lining the streets in a true celebration!

Our extreme thanks to the President of Afgal Luis Enriquez, the Vice President, Romke Kramer and the AFGAL committe, all of the AFGAL members and Sitges businesses, together with all of the volunteers and their friends, our friends and helpers for all of the hard work that went into the organisation.

And finally, an amazing thank you to MARKATU! You guys rock!

If this is anything to go by, the the Gay Pride Sitges 2010 will be an event not to be missed!

Another Saturday night and yet again, Bourbons was full of the hottest guys in Sitges.

Playing some of the best music in town, the night was a tribute night to the King of Pop, Miichael Jackson.

Bourbons bar is open every night throughout the Summer Season.

Saturday night and we made our way to Sitthai.

One of the finest Thai restaurants in the Barcelona region, the food is delicious and the staff are friendly and attentive.

Their chill-out lounge is especially popular. The perfect place to relax over a cocktail or two.

Sitthai is open throughout the Summer Season. Reservations are recommended.

Saturday night and as usual Mediterraneo was full of hot guys.

The bar was busy from early on in the night with hot guys dancing the night away.

The atmosphere was cool with great music and friendly staff making the night go even better.

Mediterraneo is open every night now until the end of Summer.

Saturday night and our next stop was in Bar Azul. They are celebrating their 20th anniversary every Saturday night during the Summer months with pica-pica, special music and happy hours.
