We popped into Parrots Pub last night…
It was their first time open since the end of Carnival and their official start off to the 2009 Spring/Summer Season.
For over 27 years Parrots has been opening on the 2nd Thursday before Easter…
And the tradition continues today..as locals and tourists hit the bar throughout the night..
