Parrots Pub opens on the 18th of February for Carnival. This years theme has a French twist..as you can see from their poster… Parrots becomes a hub of activity and one of the busiest bars during Carnival attracting a wide range of guys and girls looking for a good time. We’ve just received Locacolas posters for Carnival 2009. Their first event kicks off on the 18th of February, with the Noche de las Touristas.
And they finish off with the Noche de las Viduas… with the death of the King. Loca Cola is open throughout the entire Carnival and makes the perfect viewing spot to watch the Carnival Parades as they pass right past the front door of the bar!

Capital pride is Washington’s Gay Pride Parade and festival, held over 12 days and attracting over 200,000 visitors.
