This years Sitges Car Rally was a spectacular success. With more than 150 entries it was one of the biggest ever.
The event celebrated its 50th anniversary this year with cars entering from all over Europe.
Drivers and their passengers dressed up in 1920’s costume.
The cars made their way through the town after a 2 hour jaunt from Barcelona.
Most of the cars made it the whole way, however some needed a little push at the end.
The cars leave for Vilanova on Monday Morning. Check out the events section on Gay Sitges Guide for further information on upcomming events. We will have more photos online shortly.
For those of you not in Sitges, or those who don’t want to go into town to watch it, the Car Rally will be streamed live from the webcam on Sunday from 11.30am.
The camera will be locked into position of the street view until the end of the event. You can view the wemcam on Gay Sitges Guide here.
This Years Sitges Enduro (a sort of Motorcross on the Beach for those who don’t know), takes place on the 5th of April. You can check out last year’s galleries on Gay Sitges Guide’s photo section here.
