The CandyClub taks place at Sweet Pacha on the 20th of December. Its set to be the ultimate Christmas Party in Sitges. Although not a gay event, the venue is absolutely amazing and the organisers have put together an excellent line-up of DJs including Sam Cherry, Bobby Jewels and Sam Patterson. Great music for those who know their stuff! Most of Sitges will be in attendance!

One of the nice things about Sitges, is that no matter how low the temperature drops, it always seems to be warm by the beach… especially when the sun is shining.

This week, the sun shone a lot… and the sea was awash with sailing boats practising for the next regata.

We even saw the odd waverider close to the shore.. which is unusual. Normally these are only allowed out towards the sea or by the port area. He did some lovely water acrobatics!

If you are in Sitges and have transport, then try and get to Las Botigues de Sitges… its about 10 minutes drive from the centre of town, but the sunsets are amazing and the sunrises are even more spectaular.

Its especially popular with dog-walkers and guys out fishing in the early morning. Its unspoilt and offers uninterrupted views of the horizon so you can see the sun rise and set pefectly.

The Christmas Lights will be switched on, on Friday the 30th at Plz Fragata. They really do make Sitges look like a minature Disneyland.

As we slip into the end of Autumn, Sitges takes on a much more peaceful pace of life. With that the colour of everything around us changes and you can view some spectacular sunsets as you relax over a late cocktail.

A lof of local businesses go on holidays at the end of November, but there are still plenty of bars and clubs open to keep you occupied. Sitges comes back into life from about the 8th of December, when Christmas takes over!

If you are visiting Sitges over the next few days, then we recommend that you head for the promenade in the early afternoon, from about 4pm. Although its been a little chilly of late, you can still eat “al fresco”…in the many sea-facing restaurants.

To catch the best Autumnal sunsets, head out beyond the Terramar hotel and past the gay cruising spots…. and you can see the Sun set into the sea… and who knows who you might meet on the way back!
