Measuring 51m2 and 20m2 extending out to a further 70m2 main living rooms with 4 semi separated sitting areas one of those directly in front of large fireplace.

Measuring 42m2 a fully equipped professional kitchen, huge antique stone sink, hard wood surfaces, stainless steel stove with 2 ovens and 9 gas burners. Large 5.5m dining table which seats 22. Dishwasher, microwave and big fridgefreezer.
This fantastic kitchen is the heart of the masia.

Bedrooms

Total of 9 Bedrooms which sleep 22 of which 3 ensuite garden rooms with separate entrance. Every bedroom is fitted with double or twin beds and extra single beds are available.

4 x en-suite bathrooms with showers and WC. 1 x en-suite with luxury bath and shower and WC. 1 x bathroom with shower and WC. WC in central area on ground floor.

Notes on accommodation

Masia Sitges has been designed for groups and is child friendly. Floor heating throughout the complete property. Because of the old authentic thick walls air-conditioning is not needed, yet every room has a fan.

Accessibility

The complete ground floor is on one level only and has no sills. There for the masia is wheelchair user friendly.

Outside

Huge barbecue and large patio with loungers, tables and chairs. Table tennis for friendly matches. Children playground with slides and rockers. Private pool (7×4m).
